Fitness for Life Studio welcomes anyone interested in improving their health. The human body is a miraculous, well-designed machine and keeping it in tune requires care. The first step in improving well being is thru body movement, alignment and proper form, and mind-body awareness. By gaining a basic understanding of how your body functions along with a custom training program, you will begin to discover your body's potential for fitness. Drawing on a decade of experience and study, I have helped clients be in proper alignment in order to alleviate pain, avoid injury and maximize results.
